Yogurt Bowl
This is my latest go to for my first meal of the day, packed with protein and deliciousness.
Make it stand out
Ingredients:
3/4 cup greek yogurt (I use the Kirkland brand from Costco)
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
blueberries (let your heart measure these)
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds

Process:
Mix the yogurt and protein powder to make a pudding. Add toppings.
Notes: Add any fruit you love. Try other nuts or seeds. Throw in granola, a drizzle of nut butter, shredded coconut, sky’s the limit. Use this base as a dessert for after dinner too! I’ve used chocolate brownie, chocolate strawberry, chocolate/peanut butter and plain chocolate powders and they’re all great. I’d love to try a vanilla or strawberry flavor too. If you try this with a totally different flavor of protein, let me know how it is. It's a protein packed punch of 47 grams.
